history

In the 1830s, the streets still had to be maintained by the residents. In 1849 suburban citizens were given equal opportunities. According to the building director Alexander Schröder's development plans from 1852, a rapid development took place here and many villas were built. In 1853 private investors were also waived half of the road construction costs.

During this period of historicism , the classicist Villa Büsing was built in 1863 as a two-storey, plastered house with a semicircular porch, a basement and a hipped roof by the builder Lüder Rutenberg for the businessman Eduard Büsing (1821-1907). A beautiful wooden door leads into the house.
