The building at Bahnhofstrasse 14 is a factory building and a former factory owner's villa in Weißenburg in Bavaria , a large district town in the Weissenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-598 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The building is located at a height of 419 meters above  sea level on the southwestern edge of the listed old town of Weißenburg . Not far away are the Weißenburg train station, the buildings of the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district office , the former commandant's house of the Wülzburg and the Weißenburger Südfriedhof . There used to be part of the city wall not far from this point, which was demolished in the 19th century to create a road.

The late classical building was built in 1874 and later expanded. The two-storey saddle roof building with a central projection has a pilaster structure . The rear north wing is a two-story mansard roof , which was built in 1910 according to plans by the Nuremberg architect Hans Müller . Another extension to the building is a three-storey building with a mansard hipped roof, also designed by Hans Müller in 1924. The building was created like numerous other villas in the Weißenburg city area, when wealthier families built villas on the edge of the old town in the course of industrialization. The building is owned by the Anselm company .
