Villa Dr.-Schmincke-Allee 22 (Radebeul)
The Villa Dr.-Schmincke-Allee 22 is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1892 by the local master builders, the Ziller brothers, on the street that they had also developed.
description
The two-story, along with its enclosure under monument protection standing villa stands gable constantly facing the street. It stands on a quarry stone base and has a sloping, sloping gable roof over a rafter gable , which is slate-covered.
The simple plastered building in Swiss style shows plaster strips and corner pilaster strips on the upper floor, while corner squares can be found on the ground floor. The windows are framed by sandstone walls.
In the two-axis gable end there is a coupling window in the gable triangle, flanked by two round windows. Below there is a window and a French door that leads to a wood-lined exit, including the veranda with wide windows, which was massively converted in 1936.
The residential building has three axes in the eaves side. The entrance porch is on the back opposite the street.
The enclosure is a picket fence between sandstone pillars.
Villa Dr.-Schmincke-Allee 17
Villa No. 17, which is similar to Villa No. 22, is not a listed building. The residential building, also built by the Ziller brothers, also dates from around 1892.
The facades are now smoothly plastered. The glazed veranda facing the street still shows the wooden posts. The exit on top is also polygonal, it was closed to a winter garden .
