Villa Emma (Serkowitz)
The Villa Emma is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , at Dr.-Schmincke-Allee 11 directly on Meißner Straße . It was built in 1893 by the local master builder, the Ziller brothers , as a counterpart to the Villa Dr.-Schmincke-Allee 10 opposite .
description
The two-storey, under monument protection standing villa like Villa is a small, almost square-residential buildings. On top there is a flat tent roof with a roof platform, in the street view a dormer window. The eaves cornice is designed as a tooth cut . The windows of the simple cleaning construction are jamb edged of sandstone.
On the ground floor of the main view on the right is a wide wooden veranda , which was added in 1926 and replaced a massive veranda. In the right side view there is an entrance porch.
