description

Together with its enclosure under monument protection standing villa for rent , also known as Villa addressed and as a country house sought is a larger, two-story building with a tile-roofed hipped roof , that just above the roofline is broken. The building stands on a side slope .

The main view facing east towards the street is symmetrical. In the center sits a curved arbor at the front , which is supplemented on both sides by verandas that were added later. In the roof above the arbor there is a slightly curved, semicircular gable, accompanied on both sides by a dormer window.

The two side views are asymmetrical. In the right side view there is a side elevation at the back . In front of it there is a single-storey veranda with a pent roof. In the left side view, there is a porch with an exit on top. Another dormer in the middle of the roof is used for lighting. All dormers were enlarged after the construction period.

The plastered and sparingly structured facades are emphasized by a cornice on the upper floor and a main cornice under the eaves. The windows on the upper floor were formerly accompanied by folding shutters.

The fence consists of wide plaster pillars with plate covers, between which there are picket fence elements with deck boards.

history

The widow Fanny Fischer asked the architect Oskar Menzel to design a larger country house , which she applied for in September 1911. The building permit was issued in October of that year. The Serkowitz master builder Johannes Eisold was responsible for the execution and construction management . The authorization for use is dated May 7, 1913.

The buildings were expanded in 1937 by the construction of a "motor vehicle hall". In 1939 at the latest, the villa belonged to the former Minister of State. D. Julius Dehne , who also lived there.
