The villa-like country house is located at the foot of a former vineyard below the house in the sun . The building was designed for the Ministerial Treasurer August Radloff in 1894 by Oswald Haenel together with his own neighboring villa ( Villa Oswald Haenel ) and was also built by the Ziller brothers until 1895.

In contrast to Haenel's own villa, the single-storey house is almost directly on the street. The plastered building stands on a quarry stone base and, with the eaves facing the street, has a half-hip roof and wide dormers on both sides of the eaves . The gables are boarded up. In the street view to the south there are several balconies, the one on the ground floor extends over the entire width. In the left side view there is a wooden veranda that was added in 1917.
