description

The two-storey factory owner's villa, which is listed as a historical monument , is located on an elongated corner property facing Kleine Elbstraße. The square plastered building stands on a broken stone base and has a tiled tent roof .

In the street view towards Güterhofstraße there is a barely protruding, broad-axis side elevation with a large arched window on the upper floor. The right side of the building front is biaxial. In front of the villa facade there is a subsequently built, single-storey flat roof extension over the entire width of the building. This has two pairs of windows facing the street.

On the street side to the Little Elbstraße the windows in the right stands a two-storey, closed veranda porch, solid bottom with a wide basket-arched windows, wooden top and with decorative truss, Art Nouveau - colored glass . To the left of it again two normal-width window axes. In front of this street front there is a narrow front garden, limited to the street by iron fence elements between plaster pillars, set up on a layer of rubble that is protected by a brick cover. To the left of the main building is a two-storey side wing with a hipped roof , set back from the street . An entrance porch is placed in the resulting corner back, with arched openings below and an outside staircase to overcome the height of the plinth. There is an iron entrance gate in the fence in front of the stairs. The upper floor of the entrance porch is clad in wood and glazed.

The windows are framed by simple sandstone walls; on the upper floor of the main building they have curtain arch motifs .

Further extensions are attached to the side wing, but none of them are listed.
