history
The first development of the property took place in 1867 on behalf of the owner, M. Herran, after whom both the current housing estate and the street rue Herran that once bordered his property are named. In the 1870s, the lawyer and politician Adolphe Crémieux (1796-1880), who was Minister of Justice of the French interim government after the July Revolution of 1848, resided on the property .
