The Villa Lucia in Bad Breisig , a spa town in the Ahrweiler district in Rhineland-Palatinate , is a villa built in 1908/09 at Koblenzer Straße 55 ( Bundesstraße 9 ). The building with the associated coach house and park is a protected cultural monument .

In 1908/09 the villa was built for the Aachen cloth manufacturer Hugo Knops († 1920 in Aachen) according to the plans of the Cologne architect Franz Brantzky (1871-1945). Knops was married to Clemence Antoinette Lucy Talbot († 1943 in Niederbreisig), who also came from a wealthy entrepreneurial family. In addition to the villa, tennis courts, a pavilion , an orchard and a gardener's house were built on the 24,000 square meter site . The jetty on the Rhine and the greenhouses are no longer preserved today.

The villa, which was listed as a historical monument in 1981, is of great art historical importance. The building, assigned to Art Nouveau , consists of local tufa blocks .
