The Villa Sanssouci is located in the Kötzschenbroda district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , at Käthe-Kollwitz-Straße 6. The villa was built in 1901/1902 by the master builder Adolf Neumann .

The two-storey, under monument protection standing Villa on an L-shaped floor plan, as a rental villa addressed, has a "scenic elevation education" in the style of German architecture in 1500 ( Old German style , neo-Renaissance ). The building stands on a basement floor , the brick-covered half-hip roof has been removed. The ridge and ridges are covered with decorative tiles.

In the street view of efficient structured plaster construction, a high gable over the entire width of the house with shows ornamental truss is decorated, which Andrew's cross and having bent struts and Fußwinkelhölzer with notched ornaments. In the gable, in addition to a date from 1901, there is also the inscription “God's blessing is all important”. In the left side view, facing south towards the garden, there is a veranda in front of the corner to the rear wing of the building . The wing of the building itself also has a crippled hip gable, which is decorated with an ornamental framework. In the right, north-facing side view, there is an entrance porch.

In August 1901, the master builder Adolf Neumann submitted a building application for a “residential house” on his own property and based on his own design or that of his colleague Felix Sommer, “as builder, contractor and site manager” . Permits were issued in September 1901 and May 1902. In August 1902 the completion was announced.
