Villa Zillerstraße 4

description

The one-and-a-half - storey country house-like villa with its outbuilding is under monumental protection and faces the street at the gable end , and on top of the knee is a cantilevered, slate roof . The residential building has a single-storey side wing attached to the north- facing eaves side , i.e. the left side view, with a lower storey and eaves height and a gable roof. In the resulting inner corner, the entrance is in a glazed, veranda-like porch. There is a gable dormer in the roof of the adjoining building .

The gable facing the street is separated from the floor below by a cornice . In the center of the gable there is a rectangular window with a "sandstone-framed round arch with a keystone and plaster pilaster strips , bezel probably originally painted". The two lateral axes of the three-axis gable end are formed by somewhat smaller arched windows. The numerous rafters protruding from the roof are each supported by carved wooden consoles. On the ground floor of the gable end there is centrally a rectangular booth bay , accompanied on both sides by rectangular windows by Sandsteingewände , horizontal Verdachungen , windowsill consoles and a Sohlbank- plaster band adorned. The "gable in the east [, ie on the back of the building, which cannot be seen - is] even more richly decorated".

In the right side view there are two doors to the terrace . In the left side view there is a round blind window with console in front of the building corner .

The facades are smoothly plastered and structured by cornices. The base is also plastered.

The enclosure consists of wooden fence panels between sandstone pillars.
