The Villa de Weerth is under monument protection standing villa in Wuppertal district Elberfeld .

The building, Goebenstrasse 7 , is located in the Briller district and was built between 1898 and 1901; it is attributed to the Elberfeld architect Heinrich Plange , who planned numerous villas in the district. The client was Wilhelm de Weerth (1866–1943), city councilor and member of the Rhenish state parliament.

The two-story building stands on a high stone base . The plastered facade is delicately structured on the bay windows and veranda . The elaborate gable roof is divided into two transverse roofs. The gables are half-timbered .

On December 9, 1985, the villa including the enclosure was listed as a historical monument.
