Villa rustica (Waging am See)
The villa rustica in the district of Waging am See , a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Traunstein , was examined in 1956 as part of road construction work. The villa rustica of the Roman Empire is located 670 meters northeast of the Church of St. Martin and is a protected ground monument .
A Roman bathing building with a hypocaust system and a cold water tub were excavated next to the surrounding wall of the villa .
