Ville Salmikivi (born May 20, 1992 ) is a Finnish football player .

Career

Salmikivi began his career with PK-35 Vantaa . He made his debut in the Ykkönen in October 2010 when he was substituted on for Jukka Halme on the 24th match day of the 2010 season against the Rovaniemi PS in the 73rd minute .

For the 2011 season Salmikivi moved to league rivals FC Viikingit . During that season he scored 20 goals in 23 games, making him top scorer in the Finnish second division. In the following season he scored only seven times in 26 games.

For the 2013 season Salmikivi joined the first division club Myllykosken Pallo -47 . He made his debut in the Veikkausliiga in April 2013, when he was brought into play on the first day of that season against Kuopion PS in the 86th minute for Olajide Williams . After 28 league games for MyPa, in which he was able to score six goals, he moved to the first division team Helsingfors IFK after the club's relegation in the 2015 season .

After 49 games in the Veikkausliiga for Helsingfors, in which he was able to net twelve times, Salmikivi left the club after the 2016 season.

In February 2017 he moved to Bulgaria to join Beroe Stara Sagora .
