Vinca's Karoblis
Vincas Karoblis (born September 20, 1866 in Natiškiai, Vabalninkas region (now Biržai Rayon ), † May 25, 1939 in Gegutė , Kėdainiai Rayon , Lithuania ) was a Lithuanian lawyer and politician.
biography
After graduating from high school Šiauliai , he graduated from the Law Faculty of Kiev University in 1894 . From 1908 to 1917 he was chief notary at the Vitebsk District Court . In the summer of 1918 he returned to Lithuania and was one of the founders of the Lithuanian Ministry of Justice .
From June 19, 1920 to January 18, 1922 (in the Kazys Grinius government) and later he was Lithuanian Minister of Justice. From 1922 to 1923, from 1923 to 1924 and from 1926 to 1927 he was a member of the Seimas . From 1927 he lived in Subačius ( Kupiskis district ).
