Vincenzo Ceci (born April 21, 1964 in Ascoli Piceno ) is a former Italian track cyclist .

In 1984 Vincenzo Ceci was Italian champion in sprint and 1983 and 1984 in tandem race , together with Gabrielle Sella . In 1984 he started at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles in the sprint and was eliminated in the hope run of the round of 16. In the same year he and Sella won the bronze medal in tandem at the World Track Championships . From 1988 to 1993 he drove as a professional and in 1989 became the national Keirin champion.

Overall, Ceci started at five editions of the UCI Track World Championships . In 1991 in Stuttgart he fell in the Keirin finals, in 1992 he finished fourth. In 2013 he became the Italian sprint champion for amateur drivers.

Today Vincenzo Ceci runs a bicycle and motorcycle shop in his hometown Ascoli Piceno (as of 2014). He is the father of the racing driver Luca Ceci and the uncle of the racing drivers Francesco and Davide Ceci .
