Francesco Ceci (born December 18, 1989 in Ascoli Piceno ) is an Italian track cyclist who specializes in short-term disciplines.

Athletic career

In 2011, Francesco Ceci became two-time Italian champion, in the 1000 meter time trial and in the team sprint together with his cousins Luca and Valerio Catellini . In 2013 he won three national titles, in sprint , keirin and time trial. In February 2014, Ceci had a bad crash at the Velodromo Fassa Bortolo in Montichiari and was therefore unable to participate in the 2014 UCI Track World Championships , for which he had qualified in keirin and time trial.

Francesco and Luca Ceci, Valerio Catellini and Francesco's younger brother, Davide Ceci , rode for Team Ceci Dreambike , a UCI Track Team , in 2012 .
