Narciso Pasta (born June 13, 1873 in Milan , † October 3, 1944 in Mexico City ) was an Italian track cyclist . Narciso Pasta was a legendary Italian cyclist from the 1890s, whose successes contributed much to the popularity of cycling in Italy. He was particularly famous for his rivalry with his compatriot Romulo Bruni . Pasta became multiple Italian champions over various distances, including on a tricycle . In 1894 he became the Italian sprint champion .
