Bruno Pellizzari
Bruno Pellizzari (born November 5, 1907 in Milan ; † December 21, 1991 ibid) was an Italian track cyclist .
At the UCI track world championships in Brussels in 1930 , Bruno Pellizzari came third in the amateur sprint . In the following two years he won the national title in the sprint of amateurs. In 1932 he started at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles and won bronze in the sprint, albeit without a fight, as his opponent, the Australian Edgar Gray , had not started to spare himself for the 1000-meter time trial .
Then Pellizzari became professional and twice - in 1934 and 1935 - Italian sprint champion. After the Second World War Pellizzari worked as a trainer for amateur stayers .
