Vincenzo Guerini (born August 14, 1950 in Casnigo ) is a former Italian sprinter .

In the 4 x 100 meter relay , he won bronze at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1971 and was eighth at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich. In 1973 he was sixth over 60 m at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Rotterdam .

With the Italian 4 x 100 meter relay, he won silver at the European Championship in Rome 1974 and was sixth at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal.

Twice he was Italian champion over 100 m (1972, 1976) and three times Italian indoor champion over 60 m (1971, 1973, 1978).
