The Vineh Peak (English; Bulgarian връх Винех wrach Winech ) is a 186 m high and rocky hill in the east of Rugged Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises 0.68 km east of the highest point in Bakshev Ridge , 0.93 km south-southeast of Herring Point , 0.58 km west-northwest of Vund Point and 0.97 km north of Radev Point .
Spanish scientists mapped it in 1992, Bulgarian in 2009. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2006 after Winech , Bulgarian Khan from 756 to 760.
