(2009)

Violently Delicate is the debut album by the Israeli alternative rock band Eatliz . It was released in November 2007. In the run-up to the release of the second regular studio album Teasing Nature , which was originally planned for spring 2010 , it was made available for download free of charge, but was later paid for again.

Style and reception

Critics classify the album stylistically between the Stolen Babies and No Doubt . Thomas Kohlruß wrote on the baby blue pages :

“This idiosyncratic mixture of successful melodies, brittle sprinkles, punky excesses, folkloric interludes and the exuberant singing of Lee Tiffon puts you in a great mood. And that doesn't wear out even after many, many listening sessions, because the music is incredibly fresh and keeps revealing little gimmicks and subtleties. There is nothing more to say."

successes

The song Attractive , which was played on Radio Fritz , among others , made Eatliz well-known to a larger audience in Germany despite not being in the charts. The video for this song won the Ourstage Video Grand Prize in June 2009 .
