Virgil Christo Vries (born March 29, 1991 in Keetmanshoop , Namibia ) is a Namibian football player .
Career
society
Vries started his career in Karasburg with Luton FC. In 2007 he moved to Fedics United and made his debut in the Namibia Premier League . After his debut season, he moved to Walvis Bay- based club Eleven Arrows . Despite his young age, he developed into a regular goalkeeper and was invited to various training camps for the Namibian national soccer team. After three years he decided to move to South Africa to Golden Arrows, where he played 5 games in the Premier Soccer League . In spring 2012 he signed with the Carara Kicks.
International
He is a regular goalkeeper in his country's national team .
