Vitória Alice Cleaver (born September 5, 1944 in Recife ) is a Brazilian diplomat .

Life

Vitória Alice Cleaver is the daughter of Elza Peres Cleaver and Francis Westmore Cleaver. In 1976 she was sent to London as Secretary of the Legation . In 1999 she headed the International Department of the Ministério da Educação and defended the right to secular education in relation to SIL International .

From December 28, 2004 to July 18, 2008, she was ambassador to Managua . Since October 18, 2011 she has been ambassador in Hanoi .
