Vlad Georgescu

Vlad Georgescu (* 1966 in Bucharest ) is a German-Romanian journalist, radio and book author and was a member of the science press conference . Since 2013 he has also acted as an operational consultant for companies.

Life

Georgescu studied chemistry and journalism in Hanover and was a research assistant in the department for medicinal chemistry at the Hanover Medical School.

Vlad Georgescu works as a freelance science and business journalist; among others for Focus (since 1996) and Bild der Wissenschaft (1997–2000). Georgescu is a Spiegel Online author (since 2002) and an author on Deutschlandradio (since 2012).

Since 2001 he has been heading the biotech webzine LifeGen.de . In 2010 the latter filed a criminal complaint against the Standing Vaccination Commission (STIKO) because of their H1N1 (“swine flu”) vaccine recommendation, which was considered scientifically unsustainable .

In 2009, Georgescu founded the United Migrants Party . The intention was to advocate a Canadian-style immigration policy and active integration with compulsory language skills; In 2011 the party dissolved again.

In 2013, in view of the looming political tensions between the EU and Russia, Georgescu founded the operational agency HNDN, which deals with technology and production transfer to the Republic of Moldova, Russia and Belarus.

Georgescu founded the consulting company CYBER CRYPTIC UG in 2019, which, in view of the tensions with the USA, enables EU companies to find cyber defense solutions and legally secure exports to sanction areas in the USA. Cyber ​​Cryptic US is a member company of the Federal Association of Medium-Sized Enterprises (BVMW).
