Vladimir Šujster (born May 26, 1972 in Zagreb ) is a former Croatian handball player who was mostly used on the right wing .

Career

Vladimir Šujster began playing handball at RK Rudar in 1980. From 1988 he ran on in the adult area. In 1991 he moved to RK Medveščak Zagreb and after two seasons on to HRK Karlovac . In 1996, the top club Badel 1862 Zagreb signed him, with whom he was Croatian champion and cup winner in 1997 and 1998. In the EHF Champions League he reached the final in 1997 and 1998, but lost to FC Barcelona there . Then he went to RK Zamet Rijeka . In 2008, Šujster ended his career with his hometown club.

With the Croatian national team , Vladimir Šujster won the gold medal at the 1996 Olympic Games . In Atlanta he scored two goals in two games.
