history
On March 28, 1896, the promotion of the members was the driving force behind the 27 founding members of the Schnathorster Savings and Loan Banks Association - according to the resolution of the General Assembly in 1979, the Bank Volksbank Schnathorst eG. The bank has four locations in the municipality of Hüllhorst and in the Obernbeck district of Löhn. The living room of the Rendanten Rahmann served as a business premises until 1919, followed by an extension to the Niehus house, Am Bahnhof 17. From November 15, 1953, the main office is in the building at Schnathorster Str. 209, which was adapted in 1973, 1984 and 2007 to suit the scope of business and the requirements of a modern bank.
