It is a three-storey red sandstone block building with a crooked hip roof , gray sandstone structure, corner bay windows and iron balconies. The neo-renaissance takes a back seat in the property's formal apparatus ; Instead, the Wilhelminian style group building expresses itself in the form of a combination of architectural motifs without regard to a balanced overall composition.

To the property includes a two- or storey Rotsandsteinquaderbau with a gable roof and gray sandstone structure on a hook ground plan and a garden house, a storey brick with a gable roof, wood paneling and arched openings. Today there are apartments in the tenement house.
