Wélissa de Souza Gonzaga ( "Sassá" , born September 9, 1982 in Barbacena ) is a Brazilian volleyball player .
Sassá took with the Brazilian national team twice in Olympic Games in part, being in Beijing in 2008 won the gold medal and the 2004 Athens finished fourth. She also became vice world champion in 2006 and 2010 . There are also numerous victories at the Volleyball World Grand Prix .
With various clubs Sassá was five times Brazilian champion and won the Brazilian Cup twice. In 2013/14 she played for the Polish first division club MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza and won the national Supercup here.
