The WK-League 2012 was the fourth season of the South Korean women's soccer league under this name. The regular season began on March 26, 2012 and ended on October 29, 2012 with the championship tournament finals. The defending champion was Goyang Daekyo Noonnoppi WFC . This year's title was won for the third time by Goyang Daekyo Noonnoppi WFC. Incheon Hyundai Steel Red Angels and Jeonbuk KSPO WFC qualified for the semi-finals of the championship tournament . At the end of the season, Jeonbuk KSPO WFC moved to Hwacheon and renamed itself Hwacheon KSPO WFC. Also, Seoul Amazones changed their name to Seoul WFC, Chungbuk Sportstoto moved to Daejeon and changed their name to Daejeon Sportstoto, and Chungnam Ilhwa Chunma WFC broke up after the season ended.
