Wahabi Nouri
Wahabi Nouri (born January 22, 1970 in Casablanca ) is a German chef of Moroccan origin.
Career
After training from 1987 to 1990 at the Nack winery in Bischofsheim , Nouri went to the Bamberg Rider in Berlin in 1990 .
From 1991 two three-star kitchens followed, the Black Forest room at Harald Wohlfahrt's in Baiersbronn and in 1992 the Aubergine restaurant at Eckart Witzigmann's in Munich . In 1993 he switched to the international caterer Kofler & Bäumen , where he eventually became head chef.
Since 2000 he has been the patron of the Piment restaurant in the Hamburg district of Hoheluft-Ost , where he has been awarded a Michelin star since 2001 .
