The constituency of North Karelia (most recently constituency 11) was one of 15 and 16 Finnish constituencies for the elections to the Finnish parliament from 1907 to 2011 . It consisted of the landscape of North Karelia . In parliamentary elections, each constituency is entitled to a certain number of seats in parliament based on the number of inhabitants. The constituency of North Karelia was entitled to 11 seats from 1907 to 1916, and from 10 to 7 seats in 1917 to 1999. In the elections from 2007 to 2011, North Karelia only had 6 seats. For the 2015 election, the constituency was merged with the constituency of North Savo to form the constituency of Savo-Karelia .
