The Walcott Glacier is a glacier in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . It lies between the Radiant Glacier and the Howchin Glacier and flows from the eastern edge of the Royal Society Range to Walcott Bay on the Scott Coast .
The British geologist Thomas Griffith Taylor , participant of the Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913), named him after his American colleague Charles Walcott (1850-1927), director of the United States Geological Survey (1894-1907) and secretary of the Smithsonian Institution (1907-1928).
