The Radiant Glacier is a glacier in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . On the east side of the Royal Society Range it flows from a high mountain basin immediately southeast of Mount Rucker to the east to the Walcott Glacier .
Measurements of the glacier by participants in a campaign that lasted from 1960 to 1961 as part of New Zealand's Victoria University's Antarctic Expeditions had shown an angle of exactly one radian (1 rad), which is what gave the glacier its name.
