Waldemar Franciszek Andzel (born September 17, 1971 in Czeladź ) is a Polish politician and has been a member of the Sejm in the V. and VI ., VII . and VIII . Electoral term.

In 1996 he finished his studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Silesian University in Katowice with a specialization in the field of social politics. In 1999 he completed postgraduate studies at the same university in the field of social welfare organization . He worked in a community welfare center.

In 1989 he joined the Chrześcijańsko-Demokratyczne Stronnictwo Pracy (Christian Democratic Labor Party - ChDSP) and in 1990 he became a member of the Porozumienie Centrum party (Center Agreement - PC). He sat on the executive committee of the party for the voivodship federation. He then joined the Porozumienie Polskich Chrześcijańskich Demokratieów (Understanding of the Polish Christian Democrats), and finally the Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice - PiS). He became district representative of the PiS in Będzin and then chairman of the regional council of the PiS in Sosnowiec and member of the regional management of Katowice. From 1998 to 2002 he was the district councilor of the Powiat Będziński .

In the 2005 parliamentary elections , he was elected to the Sejm for the constituency of Sosnowiec on the list of PiS with 4,257 votes. He was re-elected in the 2007 parliamentary elections with 10,121 votes. He is the deputy chairman of the Tibet Parliamentary Group and a member of the Sejm's Defense and Social Policy Commissions.
