Waldemar Feifer

Waldemar Feifer (born December 14, 1983 in Astrakhan ) is a German-Russian film director , film editor , stunt performer , cameraman and actor in the field of independent films . He is also responsible for the special effects and the choreographies of his films and also takes on roles in his films.

Career

Waldemar Feifer became known for his film, the censorship satire Uncut Police .

Feifer is one of the ranks of independent filmmakers who, in addition to Marc Rohnstock and Stefan Schwenk, also include Markus Hagen , Leslie Teah , Marius Thomsen , Stefan Svahn, David Brückner and the Brandl family (Brandl Pictures).

In addition to his work as an independent director, he has been working as an editor and cameraman for German television since September 2002. He was mainly responsible for private television in Franconia , Bavaria , for which he compiled reports and daily news in the field of sports and flashing lights.

In 2012 he and friends founded the "Moral im Keller" production, with which he released the first film Uncut Police in June 2013 . The film premiered in “Kult” in Schweinfurt and released on DVD on February 15, 2015 by Black Lava Entertainment .

In July 2014, filming began on the second feature film Indie never dies , which was realized in three weeks. The world premiere was in December 2014, an official evaluation took place in 2016 at the Indigo Festival in Saarland.

In 2015, Feifer developed the mini web series Bloodfightz , which was put on hold after three episodes.

From autumn 2016 he developed the script for the sequel Uncut Police 2 , in summer 2017 filming started in Schweinfurt and the Ruhr area. In contrast to its ironic predecessor, the sequel is a serious action film.

Private

He grew up in Schweinfurt and currently lives in Dortmund . Since 2015 he has worked professionally for a production company in North Rhine-Westphalia that works for public television.
