Waldhäuser is a district of the municipality Stadlern in the Upper Palatinate district of Schwandorf in Bavaria .

The approx. 20 buildings in the village of Waldhäuser are located on the south-eastern slope of the Reichenstein massif, south of the 894 m high Weingartenfels. In the center of Stadlern, north of the Kalvarienberg, the narrow Waldhäuserstraße branches off from state road 2159 to the northeast. It winds very romantically through dense forest in the southeast around the Reichenstein massif and reaches the village of Waldhäuser after 2.5 km. This place has a comparatively mild climate due to its protected south-east location. A hiking trail leads north along the Czech border to the Goldbrunnen approx. 1 km away, the source of the Bavarian Schwarzach .
