Valery Shandarova (born March 17, 1994 ) is a Georgian long distance and obstacle runner .

Athletic career

Valery Shandarova gained her first international experience in 2018 at the Games of the Small States of Europe (GSSE), where she won the gold medal in the 3,000-meter run in 9: 13.20 minutes. The following year she qualified in the 5000 meter run for the World Championships in Doha , where she was eliminated with 15: 52.11 minutes in the lead .

In 2018, Shandarowa became the indoor Balkan champion in the 3000 meter run.
