The Wallace River is a river in the northwest of the Australian state of Tasmania .

geography

The river has its source on the eastern slopes of Mount Hyperion in Cradle Mountain Lake St. Clair National Park and flows west. Approx. three kilometers northeast of Mount Nereus, also in the national park, it flows into the Murchison River .
