The house Wallstraße 16 is a listed building in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register and is located west of the historic Quedlinburg old town on the west side of Wallstrasse in a corner location north of the confluence with Marschlinger Hof street.

Architecture and history

The house, reminiscent of a villa , was built in 1903 by Robert Riefenstahl . The floor plan of the house is staggered. Towards the Marschlinger Hof there is an Art Nouveau representation of a tree on the facade made up of plastered surfaces . The building has half-timbered houses and half-timbered gables . The doors and windows of the house are from the construction time (as of 1998).
