The house Wallstraße 9a is a listed building in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register and is located west of the historic Quedlinburg old town on the west side of Wallstrasse in a corner location on Reinsteinstrasse, which flows south of the house.

Architecture and history

The building was erected in 1910/11 by the architect Hermann Wellmann , who was also the client. The building, built in Art Nouveau style , has a retracted polygonal tower on its southeast corner , which is covered by a roof dome. The rest of the house roof is structured in many ways. There is a lavishly decorated window bay at the house .
