Walpole Wilderness Area

The Walpole Wilderness Area (also just Walpole Wilderness or WW for short ) is an administrative area between Manjimup and Albany in the south of Western Australia , Australia . It covers an area of ​​3633 km² (as of 2008) and includes numerous national parks and other protected areas in this area.

The leitmotif of the Walpole Wilderness is to preserve the old stocks of the Jarrah , Karri and Red Tingle forests with their biodiversity of endemic animals and plants.
