Waltércio Caldas
Waltércio Caldas (born November 6, 1946 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a Brazilian sculptor .
life and work
Waltércio Caldas studied at the Museu de Arte Moderna do Rio de Janeiro with the Brazilian painter ( Concrete Art ) Ivan Serpa (1923–1973). Caldas began working in conceptual art, objects, photographs, books, drawings, and installations in the 1960s. Since 1975 Caldas has published the magazines “Malasartes” and “A parte do Fogo” with Cildo Meireles , José Resende and Tunga
