The Walter Föckersperger GmbH is a German engineering - companies with headquarters in St. Paul cell in Landshut . It describes itself as the world market leader in the field of trenchless laying of pipes and cables. The laying systems of the family business consist of the tractors Foeck crawler , Foeck Truck and Plow Foeck Plow . According to the company, around 4,000 kilometers of cable are laid annually with the help of Foeck machines.
history
The medium-sized family company Walter Föckersperger GmbH was founded in 1931 by Georg Föckersperger , who together with his son Walter Föckersperger sen. 1958 developed the Föckersperger laying plow system.
Today the company is run by the third generation of Walter Föckersperger. Due to the internationalization and the introduction of a new logo, the branding FOECK was introduced in 2016 , which previously served as the domain of the company homepage.

Walter Föckersperger GmbH is managed by Walter Föckersperger. His brother Bernhard Föckersperger has been in charge of planning and business processes since 2011.
Products
All Foeck special machines are developed and manufactured in Germany. The vertical range of manufacture is over 90%. The key data of the machines are a laying rate of up to 10,000 meters per day with a maximum pipe diameter of 630 millimeters.
The cable winch tractors of the laying system have a pulling force of up to 90 tons. By using a pulley and two tractors, tensile forces of up to 380 tons are possible in one system. As a result, only one work step is usually required.
In addition, the towing vehicles and laying plows are suitable for almost all types of soil. The machines can also be used on soft soils, such as in moor areas or in the mudflats , and on rocky soils. The laying plows can also lay cables and pipes at a depth of 1.8 meters. Products:

Awards
Walter Föckersperger sen. was the invention of Foeck-laying system, the laying of water and sewage pipes, electricity lines etc. with significantly reduced costs and time, but especially carried out in an environmentally friendly process, with the Bavarian State Medal for services to the environment and health of the Bavarian State Ministry for State Development and Environmental Issues honored.
