Walter Roth (actor)

Walter Roth (* 1959 in Pișchia ( German  Bruckenau ), People's Republic of Romania ) is a German actor and publisher.

Life

From 1981 until his escape to the Federal Republic of Germany in 1987, Walter Roth was an actor at the German State Theater Timişoara . He then lived in Munich, where he initially worked as a plumber and, after studying architecture for four semesters, as a draftsman. He has lived in Heidelberg since January 2005.

On September 13, 2004 he founded WaRo-Verlag , in which he mainly published his own writing and publishing work. As a publisher, he also publishes the works of Victor Cârcu , former lyricist for the Romanian progressive rock band Transsylvania Phoenix and theater directors who live in Karlsruhe . Other authors published by WaRo-Verlag are Herbert Schnaibel and Nadine M. Libicher.

In 2006 he made his debut as an actor on a stage in Germany with the world premiere of “The Night Before - The Love That Comes from the East” by Catalin Dorian Florescu at the Sandkorn Theater in Karlsruhe .
