Walter Scheiwe

Walter Scheiwe (born June 7, 1892 in Posen , Province of Posen , † 1971 probably in Düsseldorf ) was a German landscape painter from the Düsseldorf School .

Life

Scheiwe was a member of the Malkasten artists' association from 1920 to 1951 . He took part in the first exhibition of the artists' association Das Junge Rheinland . His landscape painting shows influences of Japonism .
