Walther Lücker

Walther Lücker (* 1957 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a journalist and photographer.

Ten years as a freelance journalist and twelve years as an editor at the Frankfurter Rundschau , followed by seven years in his own editorial office in Salzburg . Since 2001 he has lived in Campo Tures, South Tyrol and is head of the South Tyrol in Campo Tures editorial office. Today he writes about tourism and travel, mountaineering and climbing, looks after and advises business enterprises on their cooperation with the media.

Together with the South Tyrolean extreme mountaineer Hans Kammerlander, he wrote the books "Bergsüchtig" (Piper-Verlag), "Am seidenen Faden" (Malik-Verlag), "Zurück nach Morgen" (Malik-Verlag), "Seven Second Summits" die Welt "(Malik-Verlag) and accompanied Kammerlander on several expeditions and climbing tours.
