The Wanger external low is a low on the lake side of Horumersiel , a district of the municipality of Wangerland in the district of Friesland in the north of Lower Saxony .
Via a port at the northern end of the Wangertief , the water pours into the Wanger Outer Depth , which has access to the inner jade and thus to the North Sea .
