Wanjiao # 1
Wanjiao No. 1 ( Chinese 碗 礁 一号 , Pinyin Wanjiao yihao , English Shipwreck No. 1 at Wanjiao Reef ) is a shipwreck from the Qing Dynasty .
To the wreck
The wreck was found in 2005 by fishermen at Wanjiao Reef ( 碗 礁 , Wanjiao / Wan Jiao ) in the East China Sea near Yutou , Pingtan County, Fujian Province . It was recovered in the same year by the Underwater Archeology Research Center of the National Museum of China .
It contained large amounts of his time certain export Jingdezhen - porcelain from the Kangxi -Regierungsepoche the Qing period.
