Wannersdorf is a district of the Eichendorf market in the Lower Bavarian district of Dingolfing-Landau .

location

Wannersdorf is located in the Vilstal about three kilometers northwest of Eichendorf.

history

In 1411 the noble Hofmark Wannersdorf came to the Cramer and in 1510 to the Seiboldsdorfer. Later, Wannersdorf and Adldorf came into the possession of the Counts of Tattenbach . After the death of the Bavarian Minister Count Max Joseph von Tattenbach in 1802, Count Heinrich von Tattenbach, the representative of a branch line, inherited the property in Adldorf and the court brands Reichstorf and Wannersdorf. In 1818, the municipality of Adlsdorf with Wannersdorf was established as part of the municipality by the Bavarian municipal edict. It was under the patrimonial jurisdiction of the Counts of Tattenbach until the last remnants of the aristocracy were abolished in 1848. The municipality was incorporated into the Eichendorf market on July 1, 1972 as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
